Dr. Knight has extensive experience working in psychiatric settings where she provided evaluations and treatment of patients who sustained psychological trauma due to physical and/or emotional abuse or accidents. She has also been a consultant to the New York City school system providing evaluations of children with, or suspected of having, learning disabilities. In her private practice she has specialized in evaluating children and adults with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder as well as neurological disabilities.
